 VENDOR REQUIREMENTS 

The Mindfulness Alliance is seeking those in the health, wellness and  holistic fields to come and vend, sample or demonstrate, at our Uplift Buffalo mindfulness festival held at the Buffalo Grand Hotel on September 28th, 2019 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Projected Attendance: 1,500 - 3,000 guests.

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

  • Option 1: ½ table (4 ft) $60. Share a table with another vendor and share the cost. 
  • Option 2: 8 ft table $120. Available to any type of vendor i.e. product, service, info. ​
  • ​Option 3: 8x10 ft space $200. Demo your services or hold a mini class. Comes with an 8 ft table. SOLD OUT
  • Option 4: Approx. 12x14 ft space $280. Demo your services or hold a mini class. Comes with an 8 ft table.  Space limited.
**Electricity $25 Additional Fee

MAKE IT AN EXPERIENCE    
Mindfulness and holistic services are best understood when experienced. Make your table interactive while making your business one to remember!

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS    
  • Vendors must use tables and chairs provided by the venue. Vendors can not bring in their own tables. Electricity will be offered at an additional fee.
  • ​Participating vendors are required to provide at least one raffle item with a minimum value of $25 to give away at their table. Attendees will receive raffle tickets for the giveaways at registration when they arrive. This encourages attendees to visit and engage with each vendor.  Winning tickets will be posted at the end of the event. Please note, as a vendor, you are responsible for collecting ticket information, selecting a winner, and delivering the prize after the event.
  • NOTE: Liability is not covered for your business and attendee interactions. Liability coverage for venue only.​

APPLICATION PROCESS
Fill out the application form completely and submit as soon as possible. We anticipate a large response and premier spaces are limited. We will be selecting vendors on a rolling first come basis beginning June 1st. If selected, you will be contacted by The Mindfulness Alliance to fill out a payment form.  Click on the button below to proceed to the vendor application.
